STAFFORD — (Press Release) October 3, 2018, 700 block of Jett Street, 10/02. Welcome sign stolen from front porch of residence. The investigation is ongoing.

217 Garrisonville Road, 10/02. Suspects arrested after stealing from Walmart. On September 24, 2018, at approximately 4:23 p.m., a loss prevention employee from Walmart reported several past occurred larcenies involving the same suspects. During each incident, a male and female subject was observed taking items to the self-checkout and failing to scan each item. Jessica Guevara, 19, of Stafford was served four misdemeanor shoplifting warrants and released. William Walker, 33, of Stafford was served four felony shoplifting warrants and was incarcerated at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $500.00 secured bond.

Prince William

From the Prince William police report:

Felony Child Endangerment – On October 1 at 5:15AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 2700 block of Marsala Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 28-year-old woman, and the accused, a family member, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim before leaving the residence in a vehicle with an infant as the victim contacted police. The suspect returned to the residence a short time later as officers were arriving. Upon further investigation, officers determined that the accused was intoxicated and detained him without incident. The infant was unharmed. Minor injuries were reported by the victim. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Shane Vincent FERDENZI, was arrested without incident.


Prince William

From the Prince William police report:

Malicious Wounding by Caustic Substance *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED – On September 26, officers identified the suspect involved in the assault of a PRTC bus driver that occurred in the area of Minnieville Rd and Prince William Pkwy in Woodbridge on September 11. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the suspect, identified as Andre Jon RICHARDSON. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
