Police in Prince William County say they’ve arrested a 15-year-old and charged him in a commercial burglary.
On Wednesday, January 29, officers were tipped off to a burglary at IDEAL Towing, located at 10619 Dumfries Road. They said the burglary occurred sometime between 5 p.m. January 27 and 6 p.m. January 28.
Prince William police press release | Strong-Arm Robbery *ARREST – On January 28, the two suspects sought in connection to the strong- arm robbery that was reported to have occurred in the 15200 block of Barnabas Trail in Dale City on January 19, were arrested. Members of the Richmond City Police Department located both suspects and took them into custody.

The two men accused in the fatal shooting and robbery at a Manassas-area Denny’s on Dec. 26 could avoid a death penalty sentence, based on where charges currently stand.
Authorities in Stafford County are telling us today about a police pursuit that took place on Route 17 on Friday.
The suspect in the chase faces charges of driving under the influence.

300 Block of Twin Brook Lane, 01/21, 4:07 p.m. A resident reported that he made an arrangement through Facebook Marketplace to sell a pair of Air Pods. When they met, the buyer asked to see the Air Pods. After the seller handed him the Air Pods, the buyer took off running.
A man walking in Lake Ridge was approached by two men who stabbed him near Woodbridge Senior High School.
Prince William police press release | On January 20 at 4:20 p.m., officers responded to the 12500 block of Colebrook Ct. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a fight.
Press release | On January 20 at 8:17 p.m., officers of the Manassas City Police Department responded to the 9700 block of Bragg Lane for a report of a shooting.
The investigation revealed two suspects confronted the victims while they were sitting inside a vehicle parked in the area of the 9700 block of Bragg Lane. During the encounter, two juvenile males inside the vehicle were shot.
Charges have been filed after a 67-year-old woman was struck by two cars and killed while walking in a crosswalk in Dumfries in October 2019.
