An arrest has been made in a homicide that occurred outside a Woodbridge nightclub.
Horace Gene Clark, 27, of Woodbridge is charged in the fatal shooting that took the life of 25-year-old Kalin Javon Robinson, of Stafford on Thursday, March 25.
Prince William County Police Chief Peter Newsham today pulled a permit for a Woodbridge nightclub that’s been the scene of two murders in the past year.
Babylon Cafe, located at 3081 Golansky Boulevard in Woodbridge, lost a permit that allowed it to host live events. The establishment is under review, police said, after 25-year-old Javon Robinson of Stafford was found outside the club in the parking lot suffering gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
An intoxicated driver was removed from the roadway yesterday by Stafford deputies after a citizen reported her egregious driving behavior.

Virginia State Police is continuing to investigate a domestic altercation that turned into an officer-involved shooting at the Virginia DMV Motor Carrier Service Center’s Dahlgren Weigh Station on Thursday (March 25, 2021).
The weigh station is located about 28 miles from Fredericksburg, in the 3900 block of James Madison Parkway in King George, one 1 mile south of the Harry Nice Bridge at the Virginia-Maryland border.

Police were called to Babylon Cafe at 12:17 a.m. where they found 25-year-old Javon Robinson, of Stafford, suffering gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
On March 20 at 9:09 p.m., deputies responded to McDonald’s (190 Garrisonville Road) for a report of a stabbing.
Upon arrival, deputies located a 19-year-old male victim with multiple stab wounds. The victim was transported to a hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

A 20-year-old man was struck by a car late Tuesday night near the Lake Jackson Dam.
Police said the victim walked out onto Route 234, a busy four-lane highway at the intersection of Coles Drive. A car struck the victim.
Aggravated Assault – On March 21 at 10:22PM, officers responded to Andrew Leitch Park located at 5301 Dale Blvd. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 19-year-old man, reported to police that while playing on the basketball courts, one of the players from the opposing team struck and knocked him to the ground. While on the ground, the suspect struck and kicked the victim multiple times. When the victim’s teammates attempted to intervene, the opposing team prevented them from helping the victim. The parties eventually separated, and the victim went to the hospital where police were contacted. The suspect left the park in a black BMW. The victim reported serious injuries. The investigation continues.
