Woodbridge man shot, flown to hospital 

Shooting Investigation – On April 12 at 12:35AM, officers responded to the Bayvue Apartments located in the 1300 block of Bayside Ave. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shooting. Residents reported to police that gunshots were heard before parties dispersed. As officers arrived in the area, they observed a vehicle matching the description given and conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle.

Triangle man dies in crash

Virginia State Police Senior Trooper C. Scally is investigating a two-vehicle crash in Fauquier County. The crash occurred Sunday, April 4th at 2:40 a.m. along Interstate 66 at the 34 mile-marker.

On April 5 at 10:15 p.m., Deputy C.R. Szentkuti was on patrol near The Laundry Basket, at 411 Chatham Heights Road when he heard gunshots coming from behind the business.

Sergeant A.I. Assur heard the shots as well and both deputies responded to the area. Upon arrival, they observed three males exit the tree line. The suspects fled upon seeing the presence of Sheriff’s Office vehicles, according to a department spokeswoman.

Homicide investigation *ASSISTANCE REQUESTED – Homicide detectives are asking for the community’s help identifying the suspects involved in a double shooting that occurred outside the Manassas Mall located on Sudley Rd in the Manassas area of Prince William County on April 2.

During the incident, a 34-year-old man from Baltimore, MD was killed and another 22-year-old man was injured. Video surveillance of the incident is being made publicly available in this effort to identify those responsible.

A Baltimore man is dead after a shooting outside a popular Manassas-area nightspot.

Shots rang out at 11:46 p.m. Friday outside Autobahn, an indoor go-kart track at Manassas Mall. Two people were shot.

On Wednesday, March 31 at 6:25 p.m., Prince William police officers responded to the intersection of Route 1 and Locust Shade Drive, outside the Locust Shade Park in Triangle for reports of a person in the road.

The investigation revealed that the victim, identified as a 35-year-old woman, stopped in the roadway, near Quantico Marine Corps Base, to avoid striking a woman, later identified as the accused, who was in the roadway and obstructing traffic. While stopped, the accused briefly spoke to the victim, before walking to the passenger side of the vehicle, and getting inside.

On April 1, 2021, at 02:53 a.m., officers were dispatched to CVS Pharmacy, located at 9200 Centreville Road, for a report of a robbery in progress. It was reported that suspects inside the business were forcing employees and patrons to the ground.

The suspects implied they were in possession of a weapon. Two suspects were observed fleeing the scene on foot and a third is believed to have fled in a vehicle. Officers captured the two suspects that fled on foot and recovered a

Aggravated Malicious Wounding | Malicious Wounding by Mob *ARRESTS – On March 30, detectives with the Prince William County Police Gang Unit and Northern Virginia Gang Task Force, with assistance from the Fairfax County Police Department, concluded the investigation into the aggravated assault that was reported to have occurred at the Sabor Latino located at 2910 Dale Blvd in Woodbridge (22193) on February 15:

On February 15 at 12:02AM, officers responded to the Sabor Latino located at 2910 Dale Blvd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an assault. When officers arrived, they encountered a man who was reportedly assaulted by three unknown men while outside of the establishment. The man sustained a severe laceration to his face and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The suspects were not on scene when officers arrived and were not located. The victim refused to provided officers with additional information on what occurred. It is unknown what led up to the assault. No suspect description was provided beyond three men, possibly Hispanic, wearing gray hooded sweatshirts and black pants.

Vandalism – On March 29 at 4:55PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13600 block of Choir St in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a destruction of property. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 10:00PM on March 27 and 1:30PM on March 29, their home and two vehicles were vandalized. The investigation revealed that the homeowner’s two vehicles and home were either keyed or spray painted with racial slurs and derogatory language. No other property damage was immediately reported.

11 Village Parkway, Walmart, 3/29, 1:54 p.m. Deputy J.W. Hutcheson responded for a report of suspects shoplifting from the store. The deputy located the suspect, Bruno Ferreira, 33, of Newark, NJ, in the parking lot. Further investigation revealed Ferreira had stolen $735 worth of merchandise through self-checkout. Loss prevention also notified the deputy another suspect was inside the store concealing items. The suspect was identified as Abraham Lieberman, 20, of Monsey, NY. Stolen merchandise and a controlled substance were found in Lieberman’s possession. He was arrested for larceny and possession of a controlled substance. Lieberman was held on a $7,000 secured bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail. Ferreira was arrested for larceny and held on a $2,000 secured bond.
