A man suspected of holding a woman at knifepoint inside a Lake Ridge apartment is under arrest.
Police were called to a Food Lion at Dillingham Square on Old Bridge Road in Lake Ridge at 5 p.m. Saturday. A 38-year-old woman told police she was involved in an argument with a man at her home on nearby Pond Run Drive. The woman was assaulted, strangled, and then held at knifepoint and was prevented from leaving the home, according to police.
