“Officers arrived on scene and located the vehicle in the nearby commuter lot where the driver, identified as the accused, was detained without incident. The investigation revealed the accused was intoxicated and operating the vehicle in a reckless manner as he fired several rounds of a shotgun from the vehicle.”

“Empty shell casings were located in the vehicle. No injuries or immediate indications of property damage were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Alimul KHUDI, was arrested.”

Wheeler’s campaign is funded by special interest groups, including the data center industry, developers, and landowners that stand to make millions from the sale of their rural land for use by the data center industry. Wheeler has ownership in data center companies, yet she failed to ask if these personal financial interests represented a conflict of interest when she voted to approve favorable tax rates and approve the development of more land for these companies to build here.

Two people were taken to a hospital after a crash closed a portion of Route 610 on Sunday, June 18, 2023.

Stafford County sheriff’s spokesman: “A male and female were both transported to the hospital for their injuries and later released. The male who caused the crash has been charged with, as of right now, two counts of domestic assault and reckless driving.”

Democrat Ben Litchfield is running for his party’s nomination for the Virginia Senate District 27 seat in portions of Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg.

Litchfield, 36, is a consumer protection attorney who has worked at the National Credit Union Administration writing regulations governing the payday lending industry. He attended college at George Washington University and Howard University School of Law.
