Ruby was a devoted member of the Woodbridge Church of the Brethren.

The family will receive friends at the Woodbridge Church of the Brethren, 13300 Millwood Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22191 on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 from 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Fairfax Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the MOUNTCASTLE TURCH FUNERAL HOME, 4143 Dale Boulevard, Dale City, VA 22193 on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 from 6 to 9 PM, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 AM. Pall Bearers for the service will be Mike Blevins, Carl Blevins, Glen Blevins, Donald Knapp, Dave Marteny, and Willie Moore. Interment will follow in Mount Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, VA.

Louis Martelli, Jr., 79, of Lorton, VA passed away peacefully on May 13, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Diane Poirier-Martelli and their loving children; Rosemary, Alice Louise Draucker (Spouse Dan), James Louis, Daniel Curtis, Gary Keith, Robert Lloyd (Spouse Brenda), Timothy (deceased), Michael Stephen, Louis John; Jacques Poirier (Spouse Heather), Annie MacDougall (Spouse Scott), Jimmy Poirier (Spouse Jayme), his brother David John and their grandchildren.

Mr. Martelli was a member of Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church and also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

MANASSAS, Va. — Fire and rescue crews were dispatched to the 10000 block of Azalea Grove Court, just off Hastings Drive behind the Wellington Shopping Center, for a report of a hazardous materials situation about 7 p.m.

But, as it turns out, it was no HAZMAT but rather some liquid contained in a Mason Jar that had spilled.
