On June 18, Prince William fire and rescue responded to a call for a building collapse on Regency Club Drive in the Dominion Valley Market Square Shopping Center in Haymarket.

When Prince William fire and rescue crews arrived on scene, they saw a partially collapsed roof of a church building that is under construction.

On the evening of June 19, Prince William police responded to the Home Depot location at Foulgers Square in Woodbridge to investigate a fight.

According to Prince William police, the victim – a 54-year old man – stated that the individual – 32-year old Woodbridge man Shazad Haq – began running towards the loading dock at the Home Depot in an aggressive way.

The Occoquan Visitors Center is set to close August 2.

The tiny office on Mill Street in Occoquan has served travelers and tourists looking to get more information on the town, and about things to see and do in surrounding Prince William County since 1999.
Budget cuts at Discover Prince William / Manassas — the county agency responsible for keeping open the center — have forced its closure.
