Opinion

As I criss-cross eastern Prince William County in my quest to become the next Occoquan Supervisor, people at their doors tell me that traffic congestion is a nightmare and getting worse, especially during extended rush hours and when school is in session.

While our major interstate arteries are clogged, most conversations at the doors are about congestion on Old Bridge Road, Smoketown Road, Davis Ford Road, Yates Ford Road, and similar roadways.

Press Release

Tim Singstock has my full endorsement and support for Chairman of the Prince William County School Board.

As a sitting member and Vice Chairman of the School Board, I am confident that Tim has the leadership qualities we need on the Board and especially as Chairman.

Press Release

School Board Chairman is not a stepping stone for Tracy Conroy.

Her sole purpose for running is to help the school system make good on the “World Class Education” that it boasts about. She is running for Prince William County Public Schools School Board Chairman as an Independent and is not beholden to any political party.

Press Release

We citizens of the Potomac Magisterial District and the 31st House of Delegates District need effective representation.

The election of Andrea Bailey to the Potomac District seat on the Prince William Board of County Supervisors and Sara Townsend to the 31st Virginia House of Delegates District seat in the Virginia General Assembly on November 3 will meet this need.

Press Release

When I first met Mr. Joseph George, one of the candidates running for Neabsco District School Board, it was at Minnieville Elementary School in 2010 where both our daughters were attending 3rd Grade.

We began talking and it became apparent early on in our conversation that he was very involved with his children and their school lives. Throughout the years I’ve known him, he has always been willing to volunteer to make his children happy, as well as others, by becoming Santa during the Holidays and or by being the first to step up if help was needed in the classroom.
