Prince William County today welcomed Systaaq Diagnostic Products Inc. (Systaaq), a molecular diagnostics company that specializes in developing early diagnosis for infectious diseases, to the Prince William Science Accelerator in Innovation Park.
Systaaq is the newest tenant in the Prince William Science Accelerator that will benefit from an innovative and synergistic community of scientists within an already well-established life sciences industry cluster and access to George Mason University Science & Technology Campus, uniquely located at the epi-center of Innovation Park.
We’re told that “SOUR” is exactly what it claims . . . “a book of bitter little love poems” – sometimes very bitter.

Haymarket officials plan to build a park on land the town purchased over 10 years ago at 14710 and 14740 Washington Street.
The town park will be built on the Harrover property (named after the owners who sold it to the town), could cost $2.1 million, take 10 years to build in three phases, nearing completion in 2025.
From OWL Volunteer Fire Department:
10:10 a.m. Occoquan-Woodbridge-Lorton Volunteer Firefighters responded to the report of a condominium fire at 12841 Cara Drive Woodbridge. OWL VFD arrived on scene within minutes and saw smoke coming from the eaves of a three story condo unit. Crews quickly contained a small fire to the attic and extinguished within few minutes of arrival. There were no injuries.
Fire and rescue crews in Stafford County were called to Stafford Marketplace off Route 610 in North Stafford on Sunday morning
Crews told us they were investigating a possible gas leak inside a grocery store.
