“On February 10, 2017 at approximately 2:20 a.m. Deputy D.A. Flues responded to a home on Northampton Boulevard where an injured female was on the porch. When Deputy Flues arrived on the scene he observed a female located near a pool of blood which appeared to be caused by the wound above her right eye.

“Police officers in Manassas City installed a new windshield on Thursday that will help combat police impersonations within the city. The windshield; created by DeAndre McKenzie of Woodbridge, will give citizens the safety and security of knowing they are being pulled over by an actual police officer.

Each of the three major bond credit rating agencies (Fitch Ratings, Moody’s Investors Service and Standard & Poor’s Financial Services) reaffirmed the County’s financial position with a AAA bond rating – the highest credit rating available. This triple-AAA reflects the financial strength and sound fiscal management of Prince William County and is an achievement held by less than two percent of the nation’s 3,190 counties.

From Prince William police:
Sexual Assault Investigation – On July 28, detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which occurred in Woodbridge (22191) between September 2015 and July 28, 2016. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 9-year- old girl, was inappropriately touched on more than one occasion by the accused, identified as a family member. The victim disclosed the incident to another family member who notified police. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused on February 3. The accused was located and arrested without incident at his residence later that evening.
