MANASSAS PARK — A grant will go a long way to help feed children in Manassas Park this summer.

The non-profit No Kid Hungry Virginia donated $3,100 to fund meals in the city’s summer meal program from June 25 to August 3.

MANASSAS — The system was restored Monday afternoon after t went down on Friday, leaving customers who rely on paying their electric bill online in the dark. Those who couldn’t pay their bills online, and called NOVEC’s call center were placed into an automated queue which allowed them to pay their bills over the phone with a service fee.

A new plan released by Stafford County Public Schools notes a 13,000 square foot portion of the southern Stafford County school would be demolished to make way for a new library and a larger art room.
