WOODBRIDGE — Three people escaped a two-alarm fire today in Woodbridge.
Firefighters were called to 1784 Tiger Lily Circle at 2:47 a.m. for a townhouse fire. When they arrived, they found fire at the back deck of the house, states OWL Volunteer Fire Department spokeswoman Rebecca Barnes.

NORTH STAFFORD — Stafford sheriff’s deputies found a woman passed out in a car in front of a grocery store.
A witness called 911, and deputies arrived at the Weis Market at 905 Garrisonville Road in North Stafford at 9:43 p.m. Saturday.

NORTH STAFFORD — A drive-through lane was the central concern of a new Starbucks planned for The Garrison, a long-awaited development in North Stafford which promises a new movie theater, shops, and housing.
The Stafford County Planning Commission recommended approval of a conditional use permit which would allow the future Starbucks to operate a drive-through, in addition to serving customers who get out of their cars and walk inside to order food and drinks.
