The Prince William Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Christmas event in Woodbridge.

The Holiday Open House will take place Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Appliance Connection, 13851 Telegraph Road. Marty Nohe, an elected Prince William Board of County Supervisors member from 2004 to 2019, owns the business.


During a meeting with members of the Stafford County GOP, Aquia District Supervisor Monica Gary said the owners of Aquia Town Center asked her about the prospect of the county purchasing the failed shopping center.

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge is celebrating 50 years of serving Eastern Prince William County and surrounding areas.

The hospital opened as Potomac Hospital and operated under the name until 2012. Dr. Carol Shapiro recalls being part of the hospital’s opening day ceremonies on November 7, 1972.

(The Center Square) — A fuel supply and logistics company is warning about diesel shortages across the southeastern United States, issuing an alert on Friday about “rapidly devolving” conditions in North Carolina and six other states.

Mansfield moved to “Alert Level 4” to address market volatility, and “Code Red” in the Southeast, which means the company is now requesting 72-hour notice for deliveries when possible “to ensure fuel and freight can be secured at economical levels.”
