Stafford County Economic Development Department: “The Stafford County Economic Development Authority (EDA) closed on their largest loan to date on July 19, 2023 to Next Level Mosaic, LLC. The loan in the amount of $151,000 was through the EDA’s Business Growth Fund Program, which is used to bridge the gap between the business’s available funding and total startup costs.
