Hoyt W. Randolph, Jr. (Hobie to those that knew him) died peacefully on the morning of January 4, 2021 in Front Royal, Virginia after a diagnosis of cancer at the age of 68.
Hobie was born to Hoyt and June Randolph in Washington, DC and grew up in Occoquan, Virginia on the shores of the Occoquan River. He was a 1970 graduate of Woodbridge Senior High School and attended Old Dominion University. He helped design and supervise the forming of oil tanker hulls. He was an excellent carpenter and worked on the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, DC and was a heavy equipment operator. He was also renowned for his excellent cooking. His greatest achievements though were his son, Ryan and his daughter, Sarah.

JoAnne Hinton passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, January 3, 2021 in Alexandria, Virginia at the age of 64.
JoAnne is survived by her son, Morris Edward Hinton; her granddaughter, Brittany; her great-granddaughter Zy’Monnie her parents, Ernest and Ann Austin; her brothers, Eric, John, and Kenneth; and her sisters, Bertha, Dorothy, and Lisa.
