Elected officials in Prince William County were sworn into office — officially — at the Hylton Performing Arts Center.
The ceremony was held at the Manassas area preforming arts center at 6:30 p.m. It included members of the Prince William Board of County Supervisors and its sheriff.

On January 6, 2020, at approximately 12:31 p.m., deputies responded to a head-on collision at the intersection of White Oak Road and Kendallwood Drive. When deputies arrived, witnesses reported observing a silver 2017 Acura RDX drift over the centerline into the eastbound lane and strike a white 2017 Nissan Rogue head-on.

Section 22-169 of the Prince William County Code requires all businesses and other non-residential properties that produce trash within the county to report on its activities by February 15 of each year for the previous calendar year. Taxpayers are about to give the owner of a shopping center in Stafford County about $1,300 $24,000 to lease 10 parking spaces over the course of six months.
The George Washington Regional Commission will pay $1 per space, per workday to lease at the Claiborne Run Shopping Center, located at 1 Jadip Lane in Falmouth.
