MANASSAS, Va. — Several factors led to a hit and run in Manassas that sent a child to a hospital, police said.
Because the case is so complex, no charges were filed against the driver and the child has since been treated and released.

STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — A woman was released from jail on bond to have an abortion authorities said. When she was supposed to reappear in court Oct. 3 she was not where to be found.
The suspect was released from the Rappahannock Regional Jail in Stafford County.
