STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — A driver of a fire truck that collided with a pedestrian on U.S. 17 in Stafford County Friday night will not face charges. 

The victim has been identified as a 69-year-old man from North Myrtle Beach.

STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — A man was killed after he was struck by a Stafford County fire truck that was responding to an emergency call Friday night.

The name of the victim or the driver of the truck is being withheld by the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office. A spokesman states the man’s death is an ongoing investigation. No charges have been filed.

NOKESVILLE, Va. — An SUV collided with a tree about 8:30 p.m. Thursday in Nokesville.

The crash happened about 8:30 p.m. Prince William police and members of the Nokesville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department were called to the scene.
