As many know, the Prince William Democratic candidates for this November’s General Election are not participating in any forum, debate, etc, hosted by, sponsored by, or co-hosted by the Prince William Committee of 100.
This was a unanimous decision by all 27 Democrats running for office in Prince William. The reason?

A family was robbed at gunpoint on Saturday, Sept. 5.
The victims — a mother, father, and three children — had just returned from dinner to their home on Bertram Boulevard in the Vista Woods section of Stafford County. It was dark outside, and the father was trying to fit his key into a front door when a man appeared and put a rifle in the face of the two adults, said Stafford sheriff’s office spokesman Bill Kennedy.
The Manassas Park City Hall will close temporarily after some employees reported becoming nauseous.
The roof of city hall is being replaced to the tune of about $200,000. The work was planned, but the building was closed due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

Prince William police have charged a Pennsylvania man following a dispute at a Woodbridge home.
According to Prince William police, officers were called to a home on Alaska Road in Woodbridge to investigate a domestic incident on the evening of September 7.

Morales joins YOPW after serving as the Managing Director of The Metropolitan Chorus in Arlington, Virginia for four years.
