WOODBRIDGE, Va. — A fire broke out at 2:23 a.m. for a townhouse fire in the Rippon Landing section of Woodbridge.
The blaze was reported to have been at 15372 Grist Mill Terrace, off Old Kings Road near Rippon Boulevard.

The shelter was evacuated last night after a gas leak. A total of 17 adults and 14 children were cleared out of the facility so crews could come in and repair the leak.
