At least three inches of snow has fallen across the area today. Now, some drier air is working its way into the region and that could decrease the forecast snow totals.

Virginia’s Governor Terry McAuliffe this morning declared a state of emergency throughout the commonwealth and urged people not to drive unless they absolutely had to.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. — Keith Scarborough will return for another three-year term on Prince William County’s Electoral Board.

Appointed the position as head of the Board, Scarborough will work with the county’s Office of Elections and General Registrar Douglas Geib to oversee all voter registration in the county.

WOODBRIDGE, Va. — It’s been over a week and there are still few clues in the shooting death of 21-year-old Glenda Marisol Coca-Romero.

Romoero was shot and killed on the evening of Friday, Feb. 21, while working at the Platanillos Grocery store on U.S. 1 in Woodbridge. Another 42-year-old woman working alongside her was also shot causing life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital.
