Malicious Wounding – On March 13 at 1:47AM, officers responded to the El Pulgarcito Grill located at 1306 Horner Rd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate several subjects fighting. The caller reported to police that the accused and the victim, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation inside the business with a group of unknown subjects which escalated. During the encounter, the accused threw a glass bottle at the group striking the victim, a 36 year old woman of Maryland, in the back of the head. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.Arrested on March 13:
