A Prince William County Public Schools employee at Freedom High School in Woodbridge now faces charges of indecent liberties with a child.

Indecent Liberties by Custodian – On November 18th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at an unknown location in Dumfries (22026). The investigation revealed that the accused had an inappropriate relationship with the victim, a 16 year old male juvenile of Woodbridge, since October of 2015.
Detectives further learned that the accused initially sent inappropriate messages to the victim. The victim is a student of Freedom High School and the accused is an employee of the Prince William County School system. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested later that evening without incident.

Charged with indecent liberties and use of a communications device to facilitate certain offenses
