Sex assaults reported at Manassas Walmart

Two men were charged with indecent exposure at a Manassas Walmart this week.

On the afternoon of August 10, Prince William police responded to the Walmart on 9401 Liberia Avenue in Manassas.

A store employee told Prince William police that they had seen 42-year old Manassas Park man Keith Williams, approaching several women in the store, attempting to touch them.

During the incident, Williams exposed himself and made an obscene gesture at one of the female customers, stated Prince William police. Williams left the area before officers arrived.

Williams is being charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display, according to Prince William police.

The next day, on the afternoon of August 11, at the same Walmart, a similar incident occurred.

According to Prince William police, the victim – a 24-year old man – told officers that he was in the Walmart parking lot when he saw 31-year old Catlett man Joshua Richards expose himself.

Richards has been charged with indecent exposure, stated Prince William police.
