The Virginia State Police have issued an Amber Alert for 4-year old Kaleya Ketter.
Ketter is 3’0″ and 50 pounds with brown eyes and black braids. She was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt and pajama pants.
The Petersburg Police Department began looking for Ketter at 2:48 p.m. this afternoon.
Ketter is considered to be in extreme danger, and was last seen on Mark Street in Petersburg.
According to a Virginia State Police release, Ketter was likely abducted by Phillip Ketter, a 28-year old black male. He is described as 5’9″, 150 pounds with brown eyes and black dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, and a black coat.
Ketter may also have been taken by Love Shariff, stated a Virginia State Police release.
A Virginia State Police release stated the group may be traveling in a black Nissan Altima, south on I-85 towards Charlotte, North Carolina.
