Wesley Earl Phillips, a 20-year old Triangle man, has been arrested and charged with two counts of sexual battery by the Prince William County Police Department.
Detectives from the Prince William police’s Special Victims unit were called on February 13 to investigate reports of sexual battery at the PACE-East School on Joplin Road in Manassas, according to a Prince William police release.
The incidents occurred between September 2013 and September 2014.
According to a Prince William police release, the investigation discovered that two female minor victims were inappropriately touched at the school by Phillips, where he was formerly employed as a teacher’s assistant.
Phillips turned himself in to the Prince William police on April 2.
He is currently being held on a $4,000 bond, said a Prince William police release.
