STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — A service outage has plagued Comcast customers in Stafford County today.
In the northern section of the county, cable TV, phone, and internet service for customers of the nation’s largest cable provider lost service about 10 a.m. The problems expanded to the county’s government center, where officials now report phone and internet powered by Comcast are no longer working.
“This includes parks facilities, some fire and rescue stations, the Regional Landfill on Eskimo Hill Road and Animal Control,” county officials released in a statement.
A customer service spokesman told Potomac Local News this morning there was a estimated time of repair of 2 p.m. today. Stafford County officials who spoke with the company say they don’t what time it may be fixed.
