Spotsylvania Towne Centre is getting into the holiday spirit early this year, opening its doors at 6 a.m. on Black Friday, November 28, with giveaways, entertainment, and cheerful surprises for shoppers. The first 200 people through the door will receive free swag bags filled with goodies—including a chocolate bar that could win one lucky visitor a $500 gift card.
Shoppers can also stop by the mall’s holiday gift wrapping station, located near Pandora and hosted by the Chancellor High School Lightning Regiment Marching Band, to have their purchases wrapped for the season.
Adding a whimsical touch to the day, Santa’s Elves will be roaming the mall, on the lookout for joyful shoppers. Anyone spreading holiday cheer might be rewarded with trinkets or other fun surprises.
The festivities continue from noon to 3 p.m. in the Food Court, where DJ 2much will spin holiday tunes and host dance contests, games, and prize giveaways.
Spotsylvania Towne Centre is located off Interstate 95 and Route 3 in Fredericksburg. It has served Northern Virginia since 1980 and features over 120 stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
