Armed Robbery near Manassas: Suspects Sought

A 59-year-old man was the victim of an armed robbery in Manassas on November 5.

The incident occurred around 10:41 p.m. near Cass Place and Aaron Lane. The victim was approached from behind by a group of men who took money from his pockets. A witness reported that one of the suspects might have been armed.

The suspects, described as a group of Black and Hispanic men in their 20s wearing dark clothing, fled the scene on foot. Despite a search by officers, the suspects were not located, and no injuries were reported.

Armed Robbery – On November 5 at 10:41PM, officers responded to the area of Cass Pl & Aaron Ln in Manassas (20109) to investigate an armed robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 59-year-old man, was walking in the above area when he was approached from behind and felt someone reach into his pockets. The victim turned around and was confronted by a group of men. The suspects relieved the victim of money before leaving the area on foot. During the investigation, a witness reported seeing one of the suspects was possibly armed. Officers searched the area for the suspects who were not located. No injuries were reported. The suspects were described as a group of Black and Hispanic men in their 20’s, dressed in dark-colored clothing, with one suspect wearing a light-colored sweatshirt.
