Carma and Tino: The Perfect Pair Waiting for Their Forever Home

Carma and Tino

Carma and Tino are two adorable canine companions at Stafford County Animal Shelter, still waiting to find their forever family! These two have a special bond after arriving as strays together and would love to stay together, but individual adoptions are also possible.

Carma, estimated to be 11-12 years old, enjoys the company of calm male dogs or could thrive as the only pet in the home. Tino, 9 years old, is more flexible in making new doggy friends. Both dogs are spayed and neutered, meaning no adoption restrictions apply. Best of all, their adoption fees have been fully sponsored by generous members of the community, making it easier than ever to welcome these sweet pups into your home.

Older dogs like Carma and Tino make wonderful companions, bringing love, loyalty, and plenty of fun to any family. If you’re ready to make room in your heart (and home) for one or both of these special dogs, don’t wait too long!

Adoption Details:

Adoptions are conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be completed at least 30 minutes before the shelter closes. Potential adopters must bring a valid photo ID, and if the ID does not reflect their current address, proof of residency is required. If you already have a dog, bring them along for a meet-and-greet to ensure compatibility.Hours of Operation:

  • Monday-Friday: 11 AM – 5:30 PM (adoptions conclude at 5 PM)
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4 PM (adoptions conclude at 3 PM)
