“In February, EMP collected some 150 articles of warm clothes in a Winter Clothing Drive held for Boxes of Basics, beginning the relationship between the two Manassas-based entities. Both I-66 EMP and Boxes of Basics are members of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce.”
