National Weather Service Baltimore-Washington: “A slow-moving low-pressure system will provide unsettled weather and below-normal high temperatures today through Tuesday. The greatest chance for thicker clouds, more rain, and cooler temperatures will be toward central Virginia and southern Maryland.”
