Wawa will offer its customers free coffee on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022, in honor of its 100th store.
Customers will receive one free, any-size hot coffee offer in all its Virginia store locations to toast the milestone. The 100th store location sits at 9700 Fairfax Boulevard in Fairfax.
Wawa serves six varieties of hot coffee and a rotation of seasonal and reserve coffees in 12, 16, and 24-ounce cups.
“It gives us great pride to open our 100th store in Virginia and toast our customers for their years of support,” said Adam Schall, Senior Director of Store Operations, in a press release. “We hope our customers enjoy celebrating this milestone, and we look forward to continued growth in the region.”
Wawa will also open two locations in Stafford County later this year. The first will be at Richmond Highway (Route 1, formerly Jefferson Davis Highway) and Port Aquia Drive, near Saint William of York Catholic Church, and the second at 1172 Garrisonville Road, near Barley Naked Brewing Company.
When the two new stores open, eight Wawa stores will operate in Stafford County.
