The Virginia State Police are assisting Stafford County tonight as deputies look for an 86-year-old man who was reported missing.

State police tell us:

THE STAFFORD COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE IS LOOKING FOR LOWELL EDMOND STARR, RACE: WHITE, SEX: MALE, AGE 86 YEARS OLD, HEIGHT 5’ 11”, WEIGHT 200 lbs., WITH BROWN EYES, AND WHITE HAIR.  HE WAS LAST SEEN ON AUGUST 26TH, 2021 AT APPROXIMATELY 0211 HOURS AT BRIDLEWOOD LANE, FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA, STAFFORD COUNTY.  A CLOTHING DESCRIPTION THAT HE WAS POSSIBLY WEARING IS UNKNOWN.  HE IS POSSIBLY The Virginia State Police are assisting Stafford County tonight as deputies look for an 86-year-old man who was reported missing.  A BLUE 2020 FORD MUSTANG COUPE DISPLAYING VIRGINIA PLATES: UHM-5726.  DIRECTION OF TRAVEL IS UNKNOWN.

THE MISSING SENIOR SUFFERS FROM A COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT AND HIS DISAPPEARANCE POSES A CREDIBLE THREAT TO HIS HEALTH AND SAFETY AS DETERMINED BY THE INVESTIGATING AGENCY.
