A newly-renovated hotel and conference center is expected to draw thousands to the Stafford County and Fredericksburg region.
The Holiday Inn Fredericksburg Conference Center held a grand opening celebration for the hotel, which county officials and members of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce attended. The hotel now offers a full-service restaurant and bar, saltwater swimming pool, ballroom, and auditorium.
The hotel had been a Wingate by Wyndham before hotel owner Pratik Patel invested $12 million to remake the facility.
