Disorderly/Assault on LEO
On May 19, 2019 at approximately 1:15 a.m., officers of the Manassas City Police Department responded to 9329 Main St (Three Monkeys Pub & Chophouse) for disorderly conduct.Officers observed the suspect acting disorderly outside of the business. The suspect was placed under arrest for the charges of intoxicated in public, disorderly conduct, and carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated. During the booking process, the suspect kicked an officer and was subsequently charged.

On May 19, 2019 at approximately 12:27 p.m., an officer of the Manassas City Police Department responded to the 9000 block of Prince William St for a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim told police that she parked her 2011 Burgundy Honda Accord the night before and upon returning to the area found the vehicle had been stolen. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between 8:00 p.m. on May 18 and 12:00 p.m. on May 19.
