MANASSAS – Abberly Avera, a new apartment living community, has just opened by welcoming its first residents and unveiling community amenities. Located at 11601 Hokie Stone Loop in Manassas, this community will consist of 13 buildings with a total of 336 apartment homes.
“We’re excited to welcome new residents to this stunning community and have an incredible team in place to serve them,” said Lance Goss, Director of Operations at HHHunt Apartment Living.
Abberly Avera represents an approximately $60 million investment by HHHunt, a diversified regional leader in real estate, in Manassas and the Northern Virginia region.
The apartment living community’s one- and two-bedroom apartments have 9-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, patio or balcony, washer and dryer units, and bathrooms with garden tubs or glass-enclosed walk-in showers. The kitchens are equipped with granite countertops, mocha wood cabinets, and GE Silver Appliances. The floorplans at Abberly Avera range from 613 square feet to 1,254 square feet with monthly rents ranging from $1,325 to $1,938.
The community recently opened with amenities such as a clubhouse with demo kitchen; a 24-hour technology lounge; a lounge with shuffleboard, foosball, and vintage arcade games; a large pool with sun deck; a gym; an outdoor pavilion with grill and fireplace; and a dog park.
Abberly Avera is one of nine apartment living communities that HHHunt owns and operates in Virginia. Other communities in Northern Virginia include Abberly Waterstone in Stafford and Abberly at Southpoint in Fredericksburg. HHHunt has additional apartment communities located in Blacksburg, Lynchburg, Midlothian, Glen Allen, and Roanoke.
A grand opening for the community and unveiling of additional amenities is expected in late summer.
