WOODBRIDGE – The JCPenney at Potomac Mills mall named Woodbridge resident Brittany Eley its new general manager.
has been with JCPenney for four years and brings a wealth of retail experience to her new role as the company.

Eley graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
She began her retail career as an assistant manager at BCBG Max Azria and has held roles of increasing importance since.
Eley joined JCPenney in 2015 as a merchandising supervisor and was named assistant manager of customer experience and assistant manager of merchandise operations before her most recent promotion to general manager.
