Thomas "O" J. O’Neal, 71, of Springfield, VA, went to be with the Lord on September 24, 2017. Devoted husband of 48 years to Rosa O’Neal; loving father to Tracy O’Neal and Shelly (O’Neal) Askew (Eric). He is also survived by his siblings, Genora, Hattie, Laymar and Bruce; a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Brenda, Horace, Jesse, and Johnnie.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00AM on October 2, 2017 at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 13318 Occoquan Road, Woodbridge, VA 22191. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle VA 22172 at 12:00pm.
