Grace Coolidge Blevins, age 91, of Manassas, VA passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Birmingham Green Nursing Home.
She was born on April 19, 1926 in Fairfax County, Virginia the daughter of the late Herschell and Bertha (Kirk) Blevins. She was preceded in death by her siblings, “Ruby” Blanch Vannoy, Alice “Marie” Shelton, Lavina “Sister” Vannoy, Jennie “Louise” Buckley, “Frances” Christine Fontnot, James “Ralph” Blevins, James “Melvin” Blevins.
Survivors include her children, Patti May, Sue Wolfe, Bruce McDaniel; one sister Dora “Mabel” Graves; one brother, Herschell “Junior” Blevins; three grandchildren, Mike May, Tracie Counts, Jason Phipps; seven great grandchildren, Krystal Jones, Aaron Degeneff, Sabrina Phipps, Kylie Phipps, Audrey Phipps, Braxton Phipps and Kendra Phipps; three great-great grandchildren, Rose Jones, Lily Jones and Johnathan Jones
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00PM Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA where funeral services will be at 11:00AM Friday, June 30, 2017 with Rev. Bobby Vannoy officiating. Interment will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens.
