Possession of Child Pornography – In October of 2016, information was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that the suspect, later identified as the accused, was uploading child pornography to the internet. On November 1, detectives from the Prince William County Police Special Victim’s Unit and the Northern Virginia/Metropolitan D.C. Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the 3000 block of Forestdale Ave in Woodbridge (22193) regarding the investigation. Evidence supporting thepossession of child pornography was seized. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Andrew EMANN, was arrested.

Unlawful Filming | Possess Child Pornography – On October 30 at 1:43PM, an officer was in the area of Potomac Mills Mall located at 2700 Potomac Mills Circle in Woodbridge (22193) when he was flagged down by security about a disturbance in the area. The officer met with a 50–year–old man of Dumfries who reported that an unknown person, later identified as the accused, was observed filming two family members, identified as a 13-year-old juvenile female and a 48-year-old woman of Dumfries, in the food court area of the mall. After being confronted, the accused attempted to leave the mall but was stopped. It was determined that the accused used a cell phone to film the juvenile’s legs and genital area, which were covered by a dress, without her consent. The accused had also filmed the adult victim without her consent. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Juan Rolando RIVERA-PINEDA, was arrested.
