Investigators found the body of 23-year-old Rose Marie Ditoro who went missing from a Comfort Suites hotel near Manassas in February.
Ditoro’s body was found March 19 in a pond behind the hotel.

Death Investigation *VICTIM IDENTIFIED – Detectives from the Homicide Unit have positively identified the body located on March 29 in a retention pond in the 7300 block of Williamson Blvd in Manassas (20109). The victim was previously reported as missing and endangered on February 4. Detectives are currently working in conjunction with the Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the exact cause of death. There is no public threat or need for concern from the surrounding community as this incident does not appear to be random and no foul play is suspected at this time. The investigation continues.
