Police this morning announced the arrest of a fourth suspect in the murder of a Oscar Andrade, whose remains were found in a wooded area near Manassas in January.
It is the first homicide in Prince William County in 2016.
Prince William police state:
Murder Investigation *ADDITIONAL ARREST – On March 3, detectives from the Homicide Unit announced the arrest of a fourth suspect, identified as Kevin Wilfredo VASQUEZ HENRIQUEZ, involved in the murder of Oscar Rene ANDRADE who was located deceased in a wooded area on Barrett Dr in Manassas on January 13. During the investigation, detectives obtained warrants for the arrest of VASQUEZ HENRIQUEZ on February 20. This suspect was previously arrested in California on unrelated charges and remains in their custody pending extradition back to Virginia. Three other suspects, including two juveniles, were previously arrested in connection to this investigation on February 19.
