BB gun pellet shatters car window

Two men are each charged with two counts of shooting into an occupied vehicle.

In December, the rear window of a vehicle was shattered by a BB gun pellet, police said. A similar incident was reported a few weeks later.

Shooting into Occupied Vehicles – On December 30 at 2:07AM, officers responded to the area of Dale Blvd and Cloverdale Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a vehicle which had its rear window shattered by an unknown object. The initial investigation revealed that the window was shattered by a BB pellet from an unknown shooter. On January 7, detectives with the Property Crimes Unit identified the involved parties as Sean BROWN and Roosevelt WHITE.

Detectives further determined that BROWN and WHITE were also involved in a similar incident reported on December 7, 2015 in the area of Cardinal Dr and Benita Fitzgerald Dr in Woodbridge. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused who were arrested without incident on January 7. The investigation continues.
