Sheriff’s office: Teacher also sent nude photos
A teacher is charged after school administrators told investigators a 16-year-old male student was involved in a sexual relationship with her.
The Colonial Forge High School teacher had sex with the student in February, May and again this month, said Stafford sheriff’s spokesman Bill Kennedy. The teacher also sent nude photos of herself to the student, according to Kennedy.
Erica Lynne Mesa, 27 of 410 Batley Court in Stafford County, is charged with three counts of custodian indecent Liberties and three counts of solicitation of a minor using a computer device.
Mesa is currently being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond.
