DALE CITY, Va. – On Sept. 28, police arrested a male suspect who struck a 17-year-old male victim in the face. Police say that the two knew each other and the victim was hospitalized with a potential concussion.

Malicious Wounding | Domestic Assault & Battery – On September 28th at 3:53PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3500 block of Carson Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 17 year old male juvenile of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly struck the victim in the face. The victim was transported to an area hospital with a possible concussion. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without further incident.
