DUMFRIES, Va. – On August 14, officers arrested three suspects for drug possession after searching and finding heroin inside their parked car at a Days Inn.
Here’s the latest from Prince William police:
Narcotics Investigation – On August 14th, detectives from the Street Crimes Unit stopped a vehicle in the parking lot of the Days Inn located at 16925 Old Stage Rd in Dumfries (22025). During the course of the investigation, detectives discovered narcotics in the vehicle. As a result of a subsequent search, suspected heroin was recovered from the vehicle. Following the investigation, the three occupants of the vehicle were arrested. These arrests were previously held for investigative purposes.

Charged with possession of a schedule I or II narcotic
