WOODBRIDGE, Va. – On September 3, a 30-year-old man told police that after calling his friend to help him get gas, the friend and two other men came to the home armed with weapons. After stealing the victim’s safe, the men left the scene on foot.

Armed Robbery – On September 3rd at 2:47AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 1300 block of Bayside Ave in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 30 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he called a known acquaintance to his residence to help him get gas. When the known acquaintance arrived at the residence, two additional masked suspects forcibly entered the home. One of suspects displayed a machete while another displayed a bat. The known acquaintance also displayed a weapon, believed to be a handgun. All three suspects took a safe belonging to the victim before fleeing the residence on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects. This incident was not random.

Hispanic male, between 28 & 32 years of age, 5’7”, 140lbs with a medium build, medium complexion and short black curly hair
Last seen wearing a green jacket and blue jeans
Black male, unknown age, 6’3”, 160lbs with a medium build and dark complexion
Last seen wearing a black ski mask
Hispanic male, unknown age, 5’3”-5’5”, 110-125lbs with a light complexion
Last seen wearing a black ski mask, green and black hat and a white shirt
