WOODBRIDGE, Va. -- A man was hit with a tire iron over the weekend, and now a woman faces charges.
The assault happened in the 2100 block of Culpeper Drive in Woodbridge at 6:02 p.m. Saturday. The 26-year-old victim said he and the suspect were involved in argument, and then the suspect went to her car, pulled out a tire iron, and then struck the victim in the head with it, according to a police report.
The suspect fled the area but was later found and arrested. The victim suffered injuries that did not appear to be life threatening.
